Recently, the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism issued a notice to announce the first batch of "outstanding mass cultural brands in Shaanxi Province" list. A total of 40 projects in the province were selected. Among them, Hanzhong City "Hanfeng Year · Hometown" welcomed the Chinese New Year series of cultural activities, the most beautiful rape flower sea Hanzhong Tourism and Cultural Festival - "Long Tour the Sea of Flowers, Enjoy the Intangible Cultural Heritage" Dragon Dance Performance, and Handiao "Resident" Public Welfare Performance were among the three projects.

Dragon dance, as a treasure of the combination of traditional Chinese sports and performing arts, has been an indispensable part of festival celebrations and prayers for good luck since ancient times. In recent years, Hantai District has combined dragon dance performances with China's most beautiful rape flower sea Hanzhong Tourism and Cultural Festival, and organized 145 actors from 10 dragon dance performance teams from all towns in the region to enter Huangtang Flower Sea. While promoting the development of tourism, it has enriched the cultural life of the local people and laid a solid foundation for rural revitalization.

In the golden sea of rapeseed flowers, a dragon dance team appeared one after another with the rhythm of gongs and drums - double dragon playing balls, dragon plate four pillars, colorful dragon sleeping pool, colorful dragon drilling tail, colorful dragon panjiang... The wonderful performance is dizzying. Flying dragons spit fire into the sky and dance bamboo poles all night. At night, the dragon heads are high and the dragon body is winding, as if a real dragon has descended on the world. The majestic momentum and smart posture attract thousands of eyes, implying good luck, smooth weather, and sustaining people's infinite yearning and pursuit of a better life.

"Longjiang Dragon Dance Prop Making Techniques" is the second batch of intangible cultural heritage protection projects in Shaanxi Province. After continuous inheritance and development, it has gradually developed into a mass cultural activity including grass dragon, bench dragon, grip dragon, colorful dragon (cloth dragon) and other forms. With the development of the times, modern dragon dance performances have incorporated more scientific and technological elements and creative arrangements, making this ancient art more in line with the aesthetic needs of contemporary people. In 2021, Longjiang was awarded the title of "Hometown of Chinese Folk Culture and Art" by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.

III. Han tune and "resident" public welfare performance

Hanzhong City, Nanzheng District, Hanjiao, Haiyuan Inheritance and Development Center is the only professional performance group of the "rare drama" of Hanjiao, a national intangible cultural heritage. In 2022, Nanzheng District launched the "Resident" public welfare performance project of the outdoor small theater of Hanjiao, Haiyuan. Through the "Resident" performance, the audience can enjoy the wonderful performances of professional actors at close range. While feeling the artistic charm of opera, it shortens the distance between the masses and the actors, restores the "flesh voice" of opera, and attracts more young audiences. 

Hanjiao The small theater "in-residence" adheres to the public welfare of the people, benefits the people, and is convenient for the people, and fully considers the needs of the masses. An open Hanjiao outdoor small theater has been built to a high standard in the residents' gathering area. The theater covers an area of about 200 square meters, has more than 30 fixed seats, and can accommodate up to 100 spectators. The open atmosphere of the theater caters to the needs of the masses for leisure and cooling, and is loved by the audience.

The center insists on the frequency of one performance every two weeks, and regularizes the performance of Chinese opera for the masses. On the eve of the performance, the event notice was released on the official account, so that fans could widely publicize it in advance. Carry out high-quality excerpts, this play, exploration of small theater plays and immersive experience activities to encourage audiences to interact with actors, so that audiences can experience the charm of opera firsthand. On the premise of ensuring the quality of small theater performances, it carried out sending plays to campuses, scenic spots, communities, rural areas, and enterprises, which improved the awareness rate of Han tune and showed the charm of Chinese excellent traditional culture.
